- ensure you get the 'best rate available' at the hotel of your request (often lower than the rates shown on this web site).
- if the hotel you request is not available, will provide you with alternative hotels in similar catagory, cost and location.
- You are not required to make advance reservation deposits prior to your stay unless required by the hotel.
- Your credit card will not be charged until you check out of the hotel.
- No fees will be charged should you have to amend the dates of your reservation.
- No fees will be charged should you wish to change your hotel.
- No fees will be charged should you have to cancel your reservation as long as cancellation is within the cancellation time required by the hotel (normally 24 hours prior to arrival).
